Ach das ist so ein süßes Video danke dir das du das mit uns geteilt hast. Das hat mich daran erinnert, als meine kleine noch ein Welpe war. Ich habe seit Corona dann viel mehr Zeit mit ihr draußen verbracht, weil sie und ich wieder das Laufen für uns entdeckt haben. Wusstet ihr das man mit seinem Hund jedoch auch Yoga machen kann? Stimmt so nicht ganz. Natürlich ist die Aufnahme mittels Sonnenstrahlen am besten. Viele Lebensmittel haben einen hohen Anteil an Vitamin D (fette Fische und Avocado). Schau dir das mal etwas genauer an. Seit dem Lockdown nehme ich regelmässig Vitamin D in Form von Tropfen zu mir. Dies habe ich auch mit meinem Hausarzt besprochen und ist ohne weiteres einzunehmen. Es hilft mir und meinem Körper.

Hallo allerseits!
Wow wunderbare Fotos. Da kommt Freude auf. Ich werfe einen kurzen Blick auf das Wetter der Woche und kann euch freudig mitteilen, dass (in Region Bodensee) am Wochenende der Grill ausgepackt werden darf. Herrliches Wetter steht uns bevor. Ich werde Morgen mit meiner Tochter einkaufen gehen (machen wir jeden Freitag zusammen) und kaufe Salat + Würste.
Schönes Grillieren wenn es auch bei euch soweit ist.

Danke, dass du dein Rezept mit uns teilst. Ich werde das am Wochenende nachkochen. (Bekam schon etwas Hunger beim lesen deines Beitrags)!
Ich stehe ebenfalls auf die italienische Küche, inkl. Wein. Ich freue mich so, wenn ich endlich wieder mal eine Italien-Reise planen kann. Das Piemont ist meine zweite Heimat.
Aber bleiben wir doch mal bei den Rezepten. Ich bin absoluter Fan von Grattins und Aufläufe. Deshalb teile ich euch doch gerne einer meiner Lieblingsspeisen:
Schupfnudel-Gratin für 4 Personen
1kl. Kopf Wirsing
150gr. Zwiebeln
200gr. Kasseler
125ml Gemüsebrühe
400gr. Schupfnudeln
1125gr. saure Sahne
1TL Senf (kann auch scharf sein)
50gr. geriebener Käse
1EL Schnittlauch

Da musste ich nun kurz schmunzeln. Ob Flodderli Vorfahren hat oder nicht werden wir wohl nie herausfinden. Und wohl auch besser!

Das ganze kommt aus dem italienischen resp. gallischen. Es handelt sich um ein Volk der Kelten. Diese bewohnten die Gegend in Nordostgallien. Ich habe mich mit diesem Thema ein wenig auseinander gesetzt, sehr spannend.

Da schmelze ich… Ich liebe jegliche Früchte mit Schokolade. In meiner Freizeit backe ich sehr gerne und probiere neues aus. Immer wieder spannend, welche Erkenntnisse man daraus zieht. Wie siehst du es mit deftigerem wie selbstgemachte Schoko-Croissant?

Toll! Danke für deine Infos.
Wenn ich Schokolade übrig habe mache ich auch vielfach Schoko-Bananen oder Schoko-Cornflakes-Häufchen. Sehr zu empfehlen und das nicht nur in der Weihnachtszeit.
