Im letzten Herbst habe ich die Hortensien zurückgeschnitten, bis runter zu einer Knospe, sie blühen dieses Jahr wunderschön. Es war ein Versuch und der ist geglückt.

Ich schneide die restlichen Blüten immer im Frühjahr ab und habe mit meinen BalkonHorten

Mit Kaffeesatz aus der Kaffeemaschinenfiltertüte dünge ich z.B. meine Rosen in meinem Garten und das schon seit Jahren. Mit dem Resultat bin ich sehr zufrieden!

So, ich wusste düngen mit Kaffeesatz bzw. Kaffee ist nicht auf meinen Mist gewachsen.Ich hatte es gelesen – nur wo???

Für blaue Hortensien (also für den richtigen PH Wert) gibt es einen speziellen Dünger, aber weiße Hortensien bleiben weiß, die kann man nicht umfärben.

Ich hatte vor 2 Jahren diesen Fehler gemacht; ein Jahr lang waren mir die Hortensien beleidigt.
Wie von Gesa beschrieben, behandle ich sie nun – und das mit sichtlichem Erfolg. 🖐🤩
PS. gegossen wird generell nur mit Wasser aus dem Regenwassertank
