Ende einer Ära: Binding-Bier wird letztmals in Frankfurt abgefüllt
FRANKFURT (Dienstag, 19. September 2023) Nach mehr als 150 Jahren ist die Frankfurter Binding-Brauerei Ende dieser Woche Geschichte. „Die letzte Abfülltätigkeit in der Binding-Brauerei ist nach derzeitigen Planungen für Freitag vorgesehen“, teilte eine Sprecherin der Radeberger-Gruppe am Dienstag auf Anfrage mit.

Erst Henniger, jetzt Binding.. da bleibt den Frankfurtern nur noch der Äppelwei. Es ist schon schade. Jetzt wird auch noch das Kesselhaus abgebaut .. war immer ein schöner Blickfang wenn man die Darmstädter Strasse rein oder raus gefahren ist.

Guten Morgen @maxx03 , aber ich habe noch Hoffnung, dass doch noch einiges zurückgedreht wird, denn es tauchen nun junge Leute in den unterschiedlichsten Branchen auf und produzieren nach alten handwerklichen Methoden wieder Lebens-und Genußmittel einer ganz besonders hochwertigen Qualität, angefangen auch bei Brauern, schau dich um und Du findest, meist im Umfeld von Ballungsgebieten, wieder Metzgereien die selbst schlachten und sich mit besten Tieren aus dem Umland versorgen, denn auch dort werden Tiere ordentlich gehalten. Bäckereien die nach alten Traditionen backen und Gemüsebauern die Gemüse produzieren das wieder schmeckt. Also alle Bereiche kommen wieder wie sie unsere Generation noch kennen gelernt hat.
