Mein Name ist Manfred Popp und ich habe Anfang März im jetzigen Jahr 2021 mein 80.tes Lebensjahr vollendet.
Ich fühle mich mit 80 rundum gesund, habe überhaupt keine Schmerzen, habe keine Probleme mit der Verdauung, kann gut schlafen und brauche außer einer Tablette gegen Pollen und Augentropfen je Tag keinerlei sonstige Medikamente.
Dieses positive Gesamtbild meiner Gesundheit in meinem 80. Lebensjahr sehe ich eindeutig als Ergebnis meines jahrelang praktizierten Verhaltens!
Vor
gut 15 Jahren haben meine Frau und ich unsere Ernährung umgestellt, indem wir
den Fleischkonsum deutlich reduziert und das Essen vorwiegend mediterran
ausgerichtet haben. Zudem habe ich ab diesem Zeitpunkt bewusst weniger Alkohol
in Gestalt von Bier, Wein und Schnaps getrunken, auf der anderen Seite jedoch
sichergestellt, dass ich pro Tag genügend Flüssigkeit in Form von Wasser zu mir
genommen habe. Als besonders wichtig für meine jetzige gute Gesundheit schätze
ich allerdings die Tatsache ein, dass ich seit meinem 64.ten Lebensjahr
regelmäßig sportlich aktiv bin, indem ich möglichst täglich gut eine Stunde

Na @SusiSoho, der Mensch ist was er isst. Sog. Zivilisationskrankheiten, ohne sie jetzt anzuführen, sind nicht auf „Mangelernährung“ zurück zu führen. Deren Nichtvorhandensein nicht allein auf Gene, oder Sport, gar Glück gehabt zu haben, zurück zu führen.
Was hindert andere daran, einem Menschen wie Mane, zu gönnen, was er genießt???

so durchgeschwitzt bin ich auch immer, wenn ich vom Einkaufen komme.
Habe dann den Einkaufsstress, den Fussweg und das meuist mehrmalige Treppensteigen beim Hochtragen hinter mir.
