Darum geht es:
Die Lebenserwartung unterscheidet sich deutlich nach Einkommen, Beschäftigungsart und gesundheitlicher Belastung. Das zeigen die Ergebnisse der Studie vom DIW Berlin im Auftrag des VdK.
- Ärmere Rentnerinnen und Rentner leben fünf Jahre kürzer als reichere.
- Bei Menschen mit hoher Arbeitsbelastung verringert sich die Lebenserwartung um drei Jahre im Vergleich zu jenen, bei denen die Belastung niedriger war.
- Arbeiterinnen und Arbeitern haben eine vier Jahre kürzere Lebenserwartung im Vergleich zu Beamtinnen und Beamten.
Der VdK fordert deshalb: Rente für alle!
- Keine Rente mit 70!
- Alle zahlen in die Rentenversicherung ein!
- Verbesserte Grundrente und Erwerbsminderungsrenten, vor allem für Bestandsrentnerinnen und -rentner!
